Yoshii Town’s Tourist Center “Kura”
In order to preserve Yoshii Town’s cityscape of white mortar walls constructed in the “dozo dzukuri” style, an aging former sake brewery was repaired and converted into the town’s tourist center, known as “Kura”. Kura is a free rest station where visitors can view or purchase locally made products or taste a local dish! There is always someone at the center to hand out tour maps or give directions, and the center has five rental bicycles for cycling!
