Hakata Hot Springs & Inn, Fujinoen
The Inn, Fujinoen, is located beside the Nakagawa River, about a 15-minute drive away from Tenjin. Guests can always enjoy the fresh, hot spring water there. Part of Fujinoen’s charm lies in its various options to enjoy the spa, like one-day bathing, banquets, dining, resting, lodging, and golf practice. The hot springs gushing up from 101 meters below ground are drinkable calcium and sodium chloride infused water. Since guests can lie and bathe in its large outside bath, many become relaxed while passing the time.
The recommended bathing time is in the morning, as soon as the spa opens. When the hot water is bursting out after guests come in, the bathing areas get filled with the steam of the hot springs. Here the effective compounds can be absorbed by the whole body. This condition lasts only for about 15 minutes. Why not try it yourself?
