YUZUSCO
YUZUSCO is an easy-to-use liquid type of the Kyushu’s specialty, Yuzukosho (a paste made from chili peppers and yuzu citrus). It is a new seasoning which can be called as the Japanese-style pepper sauce. It is said to be made so that people all over the world can easily enjoy Yuzukosho. Simply, the ingredients are only peels of yuzu citrus, vinegar, and chili pepper. Just a shake of YUZUSCO makes dishes taste better with the rich aroma of yuzu citrus, slightly spicy flavor, and light sour taste. As it tastes good with any dishes including Japanese, Western, and Chinese, drizzle it and enjoy the taste fit for adults!
