Trolley and Scarecrow Festivals in YAMADA
The Trolley Festival in YAMADA is a railroad event using the JR Kamiyamada Line abandoned in 1988 (Showa 63). This is an extremely popular festivity that attracts up to 3,000 people every year! The main attraction here is the the trolley that departs from the nearby Yamada Revitalization Center! Riding the trolley is very popular! Passengers are jolted from side to side enjoying the beautiful natural scenery of Yamada. After taking a ride on the trolley, why not also take in the Scarecrow Festival?
