Seiryu Shokusan

The Unaman has invented by a local butcher. It is a new bun which grilled eel is inside. The owner, Mr. Hideaki Ikematsu says, “It would be great if various varieties of the Unaman are born in Yanagawa.”

The Norine-zu is a seasoning which is made using laver from Ariake Sea and rice flour from Yanagawa and can be used like mayonnaise (Incidentally, it doesn’t contain mayonnaise). It is sold with a brand name called “Yanagawa Horiwari Kobo”.
