Sekiya Kamaboko

Unaman (steamed bun with eel) is a new speciality product of Yanagama invented by this Kamaboko shop! The Unaman is made from a mixture of fish paste and unagi (eel) dipped and boiled in a soy-based sauce. This mixture is then fried and wrapped in a sticky dough. Lastly, is the pièce de résistance!
