Japanese grenadier anchovy (Etsu)
”Etsu,” known as Japanese grenadier anchovy is a rare fish that only lives in the lower reaches of the Chikugo River. You can eat ”Etsu” at the restaurants in Okawa city from May 1st to July 20th.
