A spot with an open view, located along a level road heading from Chikugo-no Wardni Ichi-no-Miya/Kora Taisha towards the Oku-no-in. There is a sign here marking it as the ’Lovers’ Viewing Platform’, and in recent years it has become a power spot for those seeking marriage– it’s said if you see Mt. Narita’s Mother Kannon statue from here, you’ll have success in love. It’s located along the Kyushu Olle Kurume/Mt.Kora course, which has introduced it to overseas visitors as well. This spot is beloved by many because not only are there numerous large evergreen forest trees along the road, but also because it is located on a long and flat road in the mountains.
